Messages are NOT stored on our servers. All chat data exists only in your browser's session storage and is automatically deleted when you close your browser tab or session ends.

4.2 Username Storage

Your username is stored locally in your browser's localStorage for convenience. You can clear this at any time by logging out or clearing your browser data.

4.3 No Monitoring

We do not actively monitor chat content. However, we may investigate reported violations and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Flash Chat Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
